Next Tuesday Daniel Pfyl will be offering you guidance in the planning and preparation of the meals for your tour groups. You will need to prepare one dinner which you will serve during your stay in Wanaka but also plan for 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and one other dinner for your tour participants.
Your total tour party has been altered to 13 pax which will make it easier for when you prepare and purchase food for the practical experience in Wanaka.
Remember, you will also be eating the food so make it yummy!!!!
